What does my team need to do?
Answer a short check-in, usually in under a minute, in the web app, the Android app or Google Chat. If an answer is vague, Efforti asks one more question. That's it.
Do they need to install anything?
No. They can answer in the browser or in Google Chat. The Android app is there for people who prefer it. Microsoft Teams is not available yet.
Who writes the questions?
You pick a ready-made check-in, such as a daily stand-up or a blocker watch, or describe your own in plain words. You never write a prompt, and a preview shows the first message before anything goes out.
What can Efforti do on its own?
It asks on the schedule you set, reminds once, asks one more question when an answer is vague, and summarises. Scores, if you turn them on, stay drafts until a lead approves them.
Who sees what?
Team members see their own answers and record. Leads see their teams. Nothing ranks people against each other.
Can my AI assistant hand Efforti a whole project?
