FOR PEOPLE WHO RUN TEAMS
Half your week is spent finding out what happened in the other half.
- “any update?”
- “quick call?”
- “status?”
- “timesheets, please”
The pings. The status call that could have been silence. The Friday timesheet nobody believes. You didn't take this job to be a collection agency for information. But here you are, chasing. It doesn't have to work like this.
Monday, somewhere in your company
60 min · 12 guests · recurring, forever
It's not just you. The research is brutal
Sound familiar?
Your calendar is other people's status
The standup, the sync, the “quick call.” Whole mornings spent extracting what a three-minute reply could have told you.
Good work goes invisible by Friday
Updates scroll away in chat. By review time, delivery lives in memory, and memory plays favorites. Your quiet performers lose.
You've become the reminder system
Chase the update, chase the timesheet, chase the blocker. Somewhere along the way, following up became the job.
And the worst part? You already bought software to fix this.
A decade of tools didn't fix it. They watch the wrong thing.
Trackers see tickets. Your company runs on people.
What the tracker promised
- Works only if every employee maintains tickets, the habit that never sticks
- Dashboards as fresh as the last human who fed them
- Blind to sales, ops, CS: the ~80% who never touch it
- Reports the past; you still do the chasing
What actually works
- Ask every person, every day: three minutes, their own words
- No ticket hygiene, no clean data, no behavior change
- Vague answers probed at source; blocker owners chased for you
- One briefing before 9:00. You read, decide, done
MEET EFFORTI
What if nobody had to ask?
Efforti's agents run your standups and check-ins: three minutes per person, in chat. They draft delivery scores a human approves and brief you before your first coffee. Run your team at AI speed, with human judgment. The asking, the chasing, the compiling: gone.
- A human approves every score
- No surveillance, by design
- Live in 2 minutes, no prompts
AGENTS
You never write a prompt.
Pick what the agent should achieve: a weekly check-in, a daily standup, a blocker watch. Efforti compiles the prompt, the questions, the schedule and the scoring for you. Brief it in plain sentences. Attach a project document and it reads it, so its questions actually fit your work. If you can fill a form online, you can build an agent.
- Live in under 2 minutes
- Check-ins your team answers in a two-minute chat reply
- Timezone-aware; weekends and holidays shift to the next working day
- One polite reminder if someone forgets. Just one
SCORING & REVIEWS
Scores your team can actually trust.
Each check-in becomes a drafted score out of 100, built from a rubric the manager chooses. Then the human part: a manager reviews every draft before anyone else sees it.
One draft, its rubric, and the conversation it came from, before anyone else sees it.
The rubric, always visible
Weights the whole team can read, always summing to 100.
Presets when you want them: Balanced · Delivery-first · Quality-first.
No silent changes
You approve, edit or override every score before anyone sees it, and the teammate always sees the final rubric and basis in full, plus who approved it.
- Nothing publishes on autopilot
- Silence is never scored, only visible
- Approver's name on every published score
Every agent states its judgment rules in plain language.
Drafted by AI. Approved by a human. Visible to the person scored.
CONTROL CENTER
Run the whole workspace from one place.
Teams with leads, projects, and every agent your workspace runs: created here, reflected everywhere. Role changes go through requests a manager approves, not DMs. A live usage meter shows what your workspace has consumed, and the Adoption view shows who's engaged, who's silent, and where blockers wait longest, so you know Efforti is working before anyone asks.

MANAGER CHAT
Their AI reads the tracker.
Ours asks the humans.
Type a question; get the org back. Blockers arrive classified by owner, age, and whether they're waiting on you, a peer team, or the outside world. Reply rates per agent, say/do ratio per team, escalations with a resolution rate. Every answer is built from what people actually said, validated against their own 90-day history, never from watching their screens.

PROOF
Efforti shows its work.
Every check-in becomes visible progress: response rates by team, blockers with exactly how long they've been waiting, and AI summaries of the week you can read in a minute. When someone asks whether Efforti is helping, you open the dashboard and show them. No invented numbers, no vanity charts.
FROM THE REMOTEDESK × VERIFICIENT FAMILY
Built where trust is the product.
Efforti comes from RemoteDesk and Verificient: a decade of workforce identity, integrity and compliance engineering for regulated industries. HIPAA, PCI DSS and GDPR compliance programs and SOC 2 readiness run at our parent companies; Efforti inherits that discipline, and its own certifications are in progress. We would rather under-claim than over-badge.

CHECK-INS
A two-minute reply, not another meeting.
Each check-in lands as a short chat, in Efforti's inbox or natively in Google Chat for Workspace teams, with Microsoft Teams next on the roadmap. Answer now or snooze an hour; the agent sends one polite reminder, and silence is never scored; it's simply visible.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Every company is hiring AI.
Efforti is the human layer.
Code agents, content agents, ops agents, all running on Claude, GPT and Gemini rails. The work is getting done. What no stack ships is the layer that keeps humans in charge of it.
Ground truth in
What people actually did and what actually blocks them, asked daily, in their own words. The input no tracker captures.
Approval out
A person decides what becomes real, on the record: every score, every plan change. AI drafts; humans sign.
Memory throughout
Who said what, who approved what, and why, replayable forever. Accountability you can open, not reconstruct.

Questions teams ask first.
Who sees a score before it’s approved?
No one but the reviewer. Drafts are visible only to the manager doing the review; the product labels them “drafts only you can see.”
What is a score based on?
Only what the person shared in their check-in (their plan and what they reported), weighted by the rubric their manager chose. Efforti doesn’t monitor screens, keystrokes, apps or anything outside the check-in.
Can I disagree with my score?
Yes. Nothing about your score is hidden from you: you see the full rubric, the basis, and who approved it, and your response goes to your manager, not into a void.
Do I need to know anything about AI or prompts?
No. You pick what the agent should achieve; Efforti writes the prompt, questions, schedule and scoring. You never write a prompt.
Where do check-ins happen?
In a chat with the agent: in Efforti’s inbox, or natively in Google Chat for Workspace teams (Microsoft Teams is next on the roadmap). About two minutes to answer, one polite reminder, no dashboards to learn.
What happens if someone doesn’t reply?
The agent sends one polite reminder. Just one. Non-responses are visible to the manager; nobody is scored on silence.
What does “usage” mean on the pricing page?
Each agent run consumes from your workspace’s daily allowance, which resets every day. The meter in the app header shows usage live; top-ups are self-serve.
Is our data secure, and is this surveillance?
Not surveillance, by design: no activity logs, no screenshots, no keystroke or presence tracking. The only data is what people type into their own check-ins, on a role-based, fully auditable trail. GDPR-ready; our parent companies RemoteDesk and Verificient run HIPAA, PCI DSS and GDPR compliance programs with SOC 2 readiness, and certifications for Efforti itself are in progress; we would rather under-claim than over-badge. Ask us anything specific on a demo.
