Pricing questions
What exactly is in the free trial?
Building agents, running check-ins in chat, and the AI summaries and briefings they produce, plus the sample dashboard. Scoring & reviews, human approvals, My Performance, the Control Center and adoption analytics are Enterprise features; you can see them populated in the sample dashboard and live on a demo.
What counts as usage?
Each agent run (a check-in sent, a summary written, a score drafted) draws from your workspace's daily allowance. The meter in the app header shows it live.
What happens when we hit the allowance?
Agents wait for the daily reset. Nothing runs silently past your allowance, and nothing bills you by surprise. Need more? Top-ups are self-serve.
When is the Team plan coming?
Soon: a per-seat plan between Trial and Enterprise. Start free today; when Team lands, upgrading keeps your agents, scores and history exactly as they are.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Trial has nothing to cancel, and Enterprise agreements include exit terms up front. Your data remains yours either way.
