Before you choose.

What is the difference between Basic and Enterprise?

Basic is check-ins, reminders, follow-ups and summaries for every team in your company. Enterprise adds roles and approvals, an audit log, single sign-on and a named contact, and gets first access to the planner while it is in early access.

What does early access mean?

The planner (plans from Claude through MCP, assignments and proof) and WhatsApp are being built with a small group of Enterprise customers. We switch them on with you and set them up together. Everything else on this page is available today. Read more on the planner page.

Who counts toward the 10 people on Free?

Everyone who gets check-ins in your workspace, including you. When you want more people or a second team, move to Basic. Your check-ins, summaries and history come with you.

How is Basic priced?

Monthly, based on the size of your organisation. Tell us how many teams you have and we will send a quote within one working day.

Does my team need to install anything?

No. People answer in the web app, the Android app or Google Chat. Microsoft Teams is not available yet.

Where is our data, and who can see it?

Efforti is hosted on a private cloud. Team members see their own answers, leads see their teams, and check-ins only go out once you start them. Read our privacy policy and security page for the details.
