CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE

Every site, every morning,
without the phone calls.

Site engineers answer a short check-in in under a minute, in the app or Google Chat. Efforti asks once more when an answer is vague, names who a delay is waiting on, and gives the project head one summary across every site.

THE MORNING CHECK-IN

The number, then the reason.

A site engineer's first answer is rarely the whole story. Efforti asks once more, then tells you who the delay is waiting on.

Morning check-inImran · Baner site · 8:36 · Android app

Morning Imran. 26 on site today?

Short 3. Excavator ran dry Friday.

Who has the fuel, and is there a slot?

Fuel is with Deepak, no slot yet.

Thanks. I'll tell Priya it's waiting on Deepak.

9:00 · WHAT PRIYA GETS

12 of 12 checked in. One thing needs you.

Baner excavation is waiting on fuel from Deepak, second day. Thursday's sign-off slips otherwise.

Imran said "short 3" first. The reason came on the second ask.

A WEEK ON TWO SITES

From the morning question to the weekly picture.

MON 8:30 · ASK

One question per engineer

Headcount against plan, the day's work, anything held up. Two sites, twelve engineers, no phone calls.

MON 8:36 · FOLLOW-UP

"Short 3" gets one more question

Efforti asks what is holding the excavation. The reason comes back in Imran's words: the fuel is with Deepak.

MON 9:00 · SUMMARY

Priya sees it first

Baner is waiting on Deepak for fuel, second day. Wakad is on plan. One thing needs her.

FRI · WEEKLY

Commitments, in their words

A weekly outcomes check-in asks each engineer what they committed to and what got done.

WHEN WORK STOPS

Every delay gets a name.

Most site delays wait on someone who is not on site. Efforti finds out who, and keeps it in front of you until it moves.

  • Who it waits on, not who reported it. The summary names the real holder of the delay, and how long it has waited.
  • Blocker history. Raised, passed on, resolved, with dates. On Basic and Enterprise.
  • Silence made visible. One reminder, then the project head sees who has not answered.
  • Out of office respected. Engineers on leave set it from their profile, and their check-ins pause until they are back.
WHAT CHANGES

For everyone on the project.

Project head

One screen across all sites each morning: what moved, what is stuck and on whom, and the one decision that needs you.

Site engineer

One short question a day in the app or Google Chat. No forms, no calls.

Planning and QS

Progress in the engineers' own words, with the numbers asked for, not adjectives.

Everyone on site

Asked, not watched. No location, screenshots or activity tracking, and nobody is asked while out of office.

QUESTIONS

From project heads.

Do site engineers need to install anything?

No. They answer in the Android app, in Google Chat or in the browser.

Can we keep our DPR or weekly plan sheet?

Yes. Efforti does not replace your sheet. It asks your engineers what moved and what is stuck, and you keep reporting the way you do today.

Is this tracking our engineers?

No. Efforti only knows what people tell it in a check-in. No location, screenshots or activity tracking.

How do we start?

Start free with one site of up to 10 people, or book a demo and we will set up your sites with you.

Early access

Hand over the weekly plan

In early access, Efforti can take the weekly plan sheet, give each engineer their part, and close pours with the photo and the count.
