Structure that agents understand
Teams with leads, projects with goals: created here, reflected everywhere. Point an agent at a team and it knows who to ask; every team has a lead, and leads see their team's reporting. Onboarding starts by asking how your team is organized (functional, sprint pods, or custom) because that shapes how check-ins group, blockers route and insights surface.

Access with an owner
Roles work by request: a teammate asks for a higher role from their profile, and a manager approves it. Access changes have an owner and a decision behind them, never a DM that nobody remembers. The question “who gave them access?” has an answer.

Adoption you can defend
The Adoption view shows engagement across the workspace: who's fully engaged, who's partial, who's gone quiet, with response rates per person and per agent. Blockers carry their wait time, AI summaries compress the week to a minute's read. When leadership asks whether Efforti is working, you open this screen.

Usage you can see
A live allowance meter sits in the app header. Every agent run draws from a daily allowance that resets each day, so there's never a surprise bill hiding behind a spinner. Trial and Team workspaces are self-serve; Enterprise adds SSO, custom policies, security review and invoicing.
