Efforti handles what people say about their own work. That is sensitive by definition, so here is exactly what we store, what we refuse to collect, who approves what, and which certifications are held where across our family of companies.

Four rules the product enforces
These are not policy promises. They are how the software works.
AI drafts, humans approve
No score, plan change or role change becomes real without a named person approving it. Nothing publishes on autopilot.
Drafts only the reviewer sees
Score drafts are visible to the reviewing manager alone until approved. The product labels them exactly that way.
Everything carries its basis
Every published score shows the rubric, the check-in it came from and who approved it. Accountability you can open, not reconstruct.
Role-based access with approvals
Access changes go through requests a manager approves in the Control Center, each with an owner and a decision on record.

Security questions, answered plainly
Is Efforti surveillance software?
No, by design. There are no activity logs, screenshots, keystroke or presence tracking anywhere in the product. The only data is what people type into their own check-ins, and they can always see what the manager saw.
Who can see a score before it is approved?
Only the reviewing manager. The product labels drafts as visible only to the reviewer, and the person scored sees the full rubric, basis and approver once published.
