The layer nobody's stack has
An AI agent can draft the plan, write the code, send the report. What no agent can do is be accountable for it. Accountability needs three things only humans and honest systems provide: ground truth, what people actually did and what actually blocks them, in their own words; approval, a person deciding what becomes real, on the record; and memory, a replayable trail of who said what, who approved what, and why.
That's the human layer. It's what Efforti has been building since the first check-in: conversational ground truth from every employee, human approval gates on everything AI drafts, and a permanent record underneath it all. Scoring was the first proof. Planning is the next. Execution, human and AI executors reporting into one living plan, is where it lands.
Mission → Objectives → Plans → Execution: one live loop, kept true by daily conversation.
Why we build on their rails
We don't build execution agents, and we won't. The frontier stacks (Claude, GPT, Gemini, and the open agent frameworks teams already run) will always execute better than any tool we could ship. Our position is the layer above: Efforti collects what's true, holds the approvals, and keeps the plan current, whatever is doing the work underneath. The more agents a company runs, the more it needs the layer that keeps humans in charge of them.
