AGENTS

An agent for every rhythm your team runs.

Standups, check-ins, blocker watches, KPI digests, meeting follow-ups: built by picking an outcome, not writing a prompt.

01

Pick an outcome

Six starting points, from a weekly outcome check-in to “describe your own in plain words”, plus a library of 23 ready-made agents for CS, QA, sales, support and more. Efforti compiles the prompt, questions, schedule and scoring; the line in the product reads: efforti schedules and runs the check-ins for you.

02

Brief it like a colleague

Name it, describe the project in normal sentences, attach a PDF or doc. Up to five documents, or just paste a link. The agent reads what you give it, so its questions fit your work instead of sounding generic. Context helps the agent ask better questions and summarize accurately. That's the product's own hint, and it means it.

03

Aim it and schedule it

Individuals or whole teams in one click. Monday 9:00 in your team's timezone, detected from your profile, editable to seventeen others. When the date lands on a weekend or holiday, the check-in shifts to the next working day instead of vanishing. A live preview rail shows exactly what you're about to launch, including the first message your team will receive. No surprises.

  • Weekly, daily, biweekly, monthly or custom cadence
  • Questions are editable, reorderable; add your own
  • Preview shows the first message before anything sends

Publish, and it’s live

The publish screen says it plainly: publishing activates this schedule immediately, and tells you exactly when the first check-in goes out. After that, each agent has its own page: pause it, edit it, review results, or hand it to another owner. Non-responders get one polite nudge. Just one. Check-ins run in Efforti's inbox or natively in Google Chat today; Microsoft Teams is next on the roadmap.
