SCORING & REVIEWS

Delivery scoring with a human in charge.

AI drafts. A person approves. Everyone sees how they're scored. That order is the product.

Scoring & reviews ship with the Enterprise plan. The free trial shows them populated in the sample dashboard.

01

The Monday screen

All the week's check-ins on one Review Dashboard: response rates, teams at a glance, and drafts labeled the way they behave: drafts only you can see. Review each person's week as one row, or approve all unedited when the drafts look right. Sunday-evening review becomes Monday-morning minutes.

Efforti reviews queue: drafted scores per person with feedback fields, response rate and the Approve All Unedited action

02

Inside a score

Every score is drafted 0-100 from a weighted rubric (completion vs plan, quality of work, timeliness, blocker handling), weights always visible, always summing to 100. Prefer a different emphasis? Presets are one click: Balanced, Delivery-first, Quality-first, or build your own. Disagree with a draft? It's yours to change before it publishes. You approve, edit or override every score, and the teammate always sees the final rubric and basis in full.

My Performance: the same truth, for the person scored

Nothing appears on a teammate's My Performance page until their manager approves it. Then they see what the manager saw: the score, the trend, the exact rubric and basis, and who approved it. Scored only on what you shared in the check-in. Efforti doesn't monitor screens, apps or keystrokes. Fairness isn't a policy here; it's the interface.

The My Performance page: an 88 this week with the four rubric factors, manager feedback, and the exact plan and outcome the score was based on

We built scoring this way because delivery data is only useful if the team trusts it. Approval gates before publishing, a rubric everyone can read, and full visibility for the person scored aren't features on top; they're the spec.

Fair scores, without the Friday archaeology.
